Superb hotel good value, helpful friendly staff. However one wall in my room was unpainted just plaster(see photo’. . Very half done and disappointing. I could paint it in an hour.

荷蘭阿姆斯特丹迪安市中心酒店。房間內沒有燒水壺，沒有刷牙杯子，喝水的杯子。窗無法打開透氣。洗澡地漏堵塞。流水很慢，導致我洗澡怕水溢出而斷斷續續。酒店在二樓。37台階樓梯很陡。60°陡坡，沒有電梯，我患腰椎間盤突出症無法拎行李箱上樓。早上8點將行李寄放在前台，説是不保證不丟失，不負責任的。很老舊的房子，空間狹小，沒有寫東西桌子，

De kamer was erg vies. Overal doodgeslagen muggen op de muren, het rook naar riool. In de badkamer miste een knop van de kraan, het handdoekrek was los/kapot dus je keek op de schimmel. Het leek ook alsof de verwarming vol aanstond, want het was bloedheet (en warm was het buiten zeker niet) We konden het raam niet verder openzetten omdat het raam kapot was en niet open kon zonder een blokje er tussen te doen. De TV hing scheef en deed het niet. De mannen bij het inchecken waren wel erg vriendelijk, en de locatie is echt super, midden in het centrum. Echter hebben we om 7:00 uitgecheckt omdat het niet comfortabel was.

Was originally given a room on the 4th floor, I understand most buildings in Amsterdam are not easily accessible but this was 4 flights of steep stairs with suitcases. The room was very small, and there was an awful sewege smell coming from the room. When I complained to reception I was asked to run the shower and taps (basically try and rectify the problem myself…) I tried everything but the smell was unbearable so I was eventually moved to another room. Myself and my partner had to sleep with the window open as there isn’t air conditioning at this property, and we were eaten alive by mosquitos (which isnt directly the hotel’s fault) but it made our stay really uncomfortable. On the plus side, the sheets and towels were replaced every day, it was clean and the shower was powerful. The location was brilliant. And the staff were all friendly

Resepsiyonsaki görevli genç çok içten sempatik idi. Ama otel ürkütücü. Çok dik merdivenleri var. Kanal manzaralı güya ama tadilat ve onarım çalışmasından dolayı manzara hoş değil. Parasının karşılığını vermiyor. Başka oteller de daha uygun fiyat ve olanak mevcut biraz araştırın derim

圖片跟實物很不一樣。旅館的宣傳圖片與實際情況出入很大，圖片中房間整潔寬敞、裝修新穎，但實際入住時卻發現房間陳舊狹小、設施破損，整體環境也遠不如圖片中展示的那樣理想。
